Reviews and Ratings
After a long night of rushing and packing from our hometown, we found the rooms to be really nice, clean, comfortable, and charming, with so much character. The service for breakfast was wonderful, despite the mix-up about the room type. The hotel's location was very convenient for exploring downtown Petaluma and beyond. The dining experience was small but satisfactory, offering freshly made crepes and pastries. Overall, a unique stay with great elements and a few minor drawbacks.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were decorated in a delightfully quirky style in keeping with the hotel's theme, although there was little space for sitting or placing luggage. The room for a client and myself was spacious, clean, and updated, providing a comfortable environment. The service was exceptional, focused on creating a nice atmosphere for guests, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter and me. The location was convenient, being an easy walk to downtown bars, restaurants, antiques, and the theater district, immersing us in the vibrant downtown Petaluma scene. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially indulging in pre-made crepes and high-quality coffee. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment throughout my stay.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect! The rooms were beyond comfortable and clean, with a glorious claw foot tub and delicious coffee and crepes. The service was super friendly and really helpful, they truly care about what they offer. The location is adorable in Petaluma, very close to the center and convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Sonoma and Point Reyes. The dining experience was lovely, with delicious crepes and fresh fruit toppings. Overall, a delightful stay with some minor room for improvement in certain aspects.
